HR Work Break: Keeping Employees Engaged

Guest: Shannon Gabriel, Vice President of Leadership Solutions at TBM Consulting

Resent research at Gallup shows that employee engagement continues to decline, in spite of many efforts to revitalize company culture: only 36% of the workforce was engaged in 2020, and it’s dropped to a low 32% in 2022. Low levels of employee engagement have a negative effect on productivity, retention, wellbeing, and more. So, what can leaders do to keep their workforce engaged? Shannon Gabriel, Vice President of Leadership Solutions at TBM Consulting, shares her advice and best practices.
