Passengers on JetBlue Flight 603 were in for a surprise. Near the beginning of the trek from Boston to Phoenix they were given the opportunity to participate in an interesting social experiment called “Reach Across the Aisle.”

To thank them for their participation, all 150 passengers would be given free round-trip tickets to anywhere in the world (well, anywhere JetBlue flies).
All they had to do was agree on the destination—unanimously.
