DOJ Won’t Defend the ACA Individual Mandate and Related Provisions
The Trump administration has decided not to defend the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) individual mandate, or certain provisions it considers to be inseparable from the mandate, from an ongoing constitutional challenge.
